Andrew is a highly regarded tax practitioner operating primarily in South Africa and Africa. He is a lawyer by experience specialising in tax and transactional structuring solutions. His experience covers a broad range of tax advisory transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border transactions, banking, and mergers and acquisitions. He also specialises in private equity transactions and upstream and downstream advisory for offshore funds.
Alison has over 20 years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry, specialising in economic research, investment strategy and financial products. She specialises in offering unique and superior FX solutions for wealth and asset management clients.
